I'm a product designer who makes good calls for the customer, especially when the constraints are hard. Compliance and data-sovereignty work at Atlassian, a treasury transformation at Macquarie, three products solo at a startup. The constant is judgement, and spending my time on the right problem.
AI clears the mechanical work that doesn't need me, so more of my time goes to the decisions and to the customer.

Giving the cheapest plan a reason to be trusted
People were passing over the cheapest plan because they didn't recognise the retailer. This gives an unfamiliar provider credibility at the exact moment of choice, the accreditations, history and support a switcher needs to act, without leaning on ratings we couldn't stand behind.
